AGRONOMIJAS VĒSTIS (Latvian Journal of Agronomy), No.10, LLU, 2008Literatūras ziĦas par taukskābju un piena tauku kvantitatīvajām un kvalitatīvajāmizmaiĦām ir pretrunīgas, lai gan mūsu izmēăinājumos piena tauku daudzums palielinās, izmantojotgan rapša raušus, gan saulespuėu spraukumus, tomēr Jahreis et al., (2006), un citi autori norāda, katauku daudzums pienā samazinās, galvenokārt, pieaugot trans-taukskābju, t.i. polinepiesātinātotaukskābju, koncentrācijai. Arī Schöne et.al., (1999) norāda, ka gan pienā, gan sviestā, pēc rapšaeĜĜas izēdināšanas pieaug oleīnskābes koncentrācija. Darbs šajā jomā jāturpina, lai noskaidroturaušos esošo taukskābju ietekmi uz to sastāvu pienā pie dažādām govju ēdināšanas shēmām.SecinājumiRapša sēklu un no tām iegūto raušu ėīmiskais saturs, barības vērtība un mikrobiālākontaminācija variē atkarībā no rapšu šėirnes un klimatiskajiem apstākĜiem augu augšanas periodā.Rapša sēklu un raušu barības vērtība un ėīmiskais sastāvs pareizas ilgstošas uzglabāšanaslaikā būtiski nemainās.DeviĦus mēnešus uzglabātos rapša raušos vērojamas gan taukskābju daudzuma, gan toattiecību izmaiĦas.Izēdinot govīm 2 kg rapša raušus dienā palielinājās iegūtā piena un piena tauku daudzums.Literatūra1.
