Foxit PhantomPDFUser ManualTo read documents in a backward order, please do one of the following:• Choose View > View Mode > Reverse View.Closing windows• To close the current PDF file, click Close on the File menu.• To close all PDF files, click Close All on the File menu.Viewing PDFs in Full Screen ModeIn Full Screen mode, Foxit PhantomPDF Document Pane fills the entire screen, with Menu Bar,Toolbar, Status bar, and Bookmarks pane hidden behind. The mouse pointer remains active in FullScreen mode so that you can click links.1. To set Full Screen preferences, please go to Edit > Preferences > Full Screen.2. To enter Full Screen mode, please do one of the following:• Choose View > View Mode > Full Screen.• Click the Full Screen button on Toolbar.• Press the shortcut key F11.• Right-click the Document Pane and select Full Screen.3. To adjust the view in Full Screen mode, right-click the document and work with the ContextMenu.Note: This feature will not be available unless you clear Left click to go forward one page; right click togo back one page checkbox in the Preference dialog.4. To exit Full Screen mode:• Press Esc key.• Click the Exit Full Screen buttonon the screen.Page Transition in Full ScreenFoxit PhantomPDF supports page transition to turn pages in Full Screen mode. There are 11transition types: Split, Blinds, Box, Wipe, Dissolve, Glitter, Fly, Push, Cover, Uncover and Fade. Also,you could set the direction, speed and page range for the transition.To edit page transition, please refer to Editing Page Transition in Full Screen.24
Foxit PhantomPDFUser ManualComparing Documents (Available in Standard and Business Only)The Document Compare feature lets you see the difference in two versions of a PDF, as well asselect the type of differences you’re looking for to verify that the appropriate changes have beenmade. The Document Compare feature does not compare comments in the PDF.Comparing a revised PDF to an earlier version• Choose File > Compare PDF Files.Compare PDF Files Dialog Box• Specify the two documents to be compared. Click Choose to select the file and previewthem.• Choose the specific page you want to preview by dragging on the page range bar.• Under Compare Range, select one of the following:All – Select all pages from the newer/older document to compare.Pages - Select equal page numbers from the newer and older document for comparison.Markup color: Set the color for the result of comparison.Include font information – Compares formatting.• Click OK. And then a PDF document named result of comparison will be automaticallycreated and displayed with PhantomPDF.Read Out LoudWhat’s Read Out Loud?Read Out Loud is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) tool.
