You can use FoxitPhantomPDF to open an RMS-Protected document if you are authorized to improve informationsecurity, meet compliance requirements, and save time and money with improved businessprocesses.Once installed, Foxit PhantomPDF will extend all Microsoft AD RMS service to all PDF files.RMS Encryption1. Click Secure > Right Management Service > RMS Encrypt.2. If you are in an AD RMS environment, PhantomPDF wizard will allow you to choose a policytemplate, you can choose it from RMS server, office policy template and customer folder. If youdon’t have policy template, you can create a new one, please refer to “Template management”.3. Choose file to encrypt, you can choose to encrypt current document or select a folder toencrypt, check “Include Sub Folder” to include all subfolders in this folder.4. Check “Encrypt Metadata” if you want to encrypt it.5. Click “Start Encrypt”.154
