A maplet differsfrom windows and dialogs in that a maplet contains windows anddialogs.Maplet Author A maplet author is a programmer who uses Maple codeto write a maplet.Maplet UserA maple user is someone who interacts with a maplet.LayoutLayout defines how elements within a maplet are displayed.Window A window is a maplet element. A window should not be thoughtof as a maplet, but rather as one element within a maplet. A maplet cancontain more than one window. Each window can contain many elementsthat control the layout and function of the window.Dialog A dialog is a maplet element. Unlike a window, which can containelements, for example, buttons or layout elements, a dialog element hasa predefined structure. An author can specify options for a dialog, butcannot add elements.
