Adding to this frustration is recognition <strong>of</strong> the time required for the role <strong>of</strong> <strong>ISSP</strong>manager. Critical to the planning process, the <strong>ISSP</strong> manager assumes soleresponsibility for scheduling and facilitating meetings, managing documentation,and ensuring that the <strong>ISSP</strong> is written and signed.
