Drill Down Functionality 606.3 Drill Down to Multiple Column Account BalancesSpreadsheet Server allows drilling down from multiple cells on the same row on the spreadsheet to see whataccount balances make up the values. A maximum of 20 columns may be selected. The Detail MultipleAccount Balances drill down can exclude zero balance accounts based upon an option in the user settings.1. Select multiple cells on the same row containing GXL formulas and right click. A popup menu appears.2. From the popup menu, select SS Drill Down. The DrillDown - Detail Multiple Account Balances windowappears showing detail account balances for each column.
