Met-Ed has female underutilization in six job groups and minority underutilizationin two job groups; Penelec has female underutilization in three job groups and minorityunderutilization in one job group; and Penn Power has female underutilization in four jobgroups and minority underutilization in one job group. FirstEnergy continues to strive forattainment of full representation of women and minorities for all positions.
