Although, the FE-PA Companies dotrack and complete an in-depth overtime analysis on a weekly, monthly, and annualbasis; it appears to the Audit Staff that this information is generally not used todetermine if the levels of overtime are reasonable. The FE-PA Companies stated thatthey use this information for developing annual overtime budgets and each FE-PACompany is accountable to manage that budget. Additionally, the FE-PA Companiesindicated that they have historically budgeted for overtime levels to be around 15%-18%- 67 -
