Naviance is a comprehensive web site that you can use tohelp in making decisions about colleges, careers and academic planning. Family Connection will allowyou to:• Get involved in the planning and advising process - Build a 4-year plan, complete on-line surveys,and manage timelines and deadlines for making decisions about colleges and careers.• Research colleges - Compare GPA, standardized test scores, and other statistics to actualhistorical data from students who have already applied from our high school.• Research Career using a personality and an interest assesssment• Sign up for college visits - Find out which colleges are visiting our school and sign up to attendthose sessions.Log Into Your Student AccountYou can access Naviance by logging on directly at http://connection.naviance.com/oakmont or go toOakmont’s main website and click on the “Naviance family connection” link. Your username is yourFirstname.Lastname and your password is your OHS 6-digit student ID number. Your usernameand password is the same as logging onto a school computer. Once you have initially logged intoNaviance, please change your password to something you’ll remember.Log Into Your Parent AccountYou can access Naviance by logging on directly at http://connection.naviance.com/oakmont or go toOakmont’s main website and click on the “Naviance family connection” link. You will click on the “I need toregister” tab. Parent registration codes are your student’s 6 digit OHS ID number + P (ie. 123456P).
