Refresh <strong>PDM</strong> StructureWhen you have made some actions on the geometry that have an impact on the status ofthe objects in the <strong>PDM</strong> product structure, that are not displayed automatically, then youhave to update the status display manually.After the load of the geometry the status of the objects of the <strong>PDM</strong> product structure is inthe default state.There are the following possible states:• No background color: not owned by session user, no changes• Green: owned by session user, no changes• Yellow: owned by session user, dirty because of changes• Red: not owned by session user, dirty because of changes• Black: the object is finalized in the <strong>PDM</strong> (for example: released state)• White: the object does not have the file in the <strong>PDM</strong>The CATIA Part is owned by the session user and not changes. It is marked in green (seePicture 52: <strong>PDM</strong> Structure and geometry in CATIA V5).Picture 52: <strong>PDM</strong> Structure and geometry in CATIA V5In the CATIA V5 you can make some changes in the geometry (see Picture 53: Makingchanges in the geometry) that make the objects in the <strong>PDM</strong> product structure dirty.
