Weekend ProgramsYOGA RETREAT18Y AND UPThis retreat is designed to help participants gain energy and relax through yoga. Intended for beginners and yoga enthusiastsalike, participants will explore breathing techniques, postures and the five basic movements. Other activities include sitehikes, a campfire, crafts and low ropes.Shared accommodations, meals and yoga equipment are included. There are a variety of activities tochoose from to create a unique outdoor experience. Family weekend participants can try things like horseback riding, hikes,high and low ropes courses, group games, arts and crafts, a climbing wall and evening campfires. Click here for full details.Our daily child care program (Adventure Seekers) enables parents to leave children aged three to five with us when takingpart in some activities.A variety of accommodations are available on a first come, first served basis. The Longhouse has rooms which sleep fourpeople in two bunk beds. Tipis sleep 10 people in five bunk beds. Cluster rooms sleep up to 14 in seven bunk beds. Our yurtsleeps 10 in cots. Please bring your own sleeping bag or bedding.Registered and non-registered (drop-in) activities are available during the weekend. Families may register for preferredactivities in each of three program blocks – Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Registered activitiesinclude: horseback riding – trail ride or arena ride, canoeing, climbing tower, giant swing and high ropes. You may alsoreserve a spot in Adventure Seekers for your pre-schooler while their parents or older siblings are participating in otheractivities.
