10. Alex Bruskin from Van Hool will advise in what way his company recovers the VAT . Will letyou know in a few days.11. The exhibitor passes ( entrance badges ) , 2 per exhibitor will be send by Sandra , together withthe 50 guest tickets ( issued in the name of ITCO) as well as the ITCO Party badges.Additional passes can be ordered by Sandra at 30 Euro per exhibitor passes12 Each exhibitor should advise Sandra by return to whom and to what address these ticketsshould be sent. The package will only be sent after Meplan has received the payment of theirinvoice. I attach payment situation and reg offered to call if needed.13. I attach the choice of food for catering during the exhibition offered by the caterer and acceptedby all in the meeting. (attachment see selection ) It is clear that here is no commitment fromITCO/ Exhibitor for the food not utilized. The caterer will issue and invoice which should bepaid immediately ( or in cash or with Credit Card at the exhibition) . The proposal was to makean invoice of 400 Euro but this will probably be too much for certain and not enough for others. The question is : For how much do you want to be invoiced to receive the vouchers from thecaterer. Additional vouchers can be obtained during the exhibition but Sandra or myself need tobe contacted to obtain them )If all the vouchers have not been used a credit note will be issuedby the caterer after the exhibition..No hot meal per day is required as offered by the caterer14.
