<strong>COUNCIL</strong> MINUTESTUESDAY 26 FEBRUARY 2013COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:Moved by Cr MacRae, seconded by Cr BradleyThat, in accordance with Part 4 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cambridge</strong> <strong>Town</strong> Planning Scheme No. 1,Council APPROVES the application for two, three storey grouped dwellings submittedby Ricciardello Nominees Trading As Weststyle at Lot 9 (No. 41) Connolly Street,Wembley, as shown on the amended plans dated 21 January 2013, subject to thefollowing conditions:-(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)the floor levels <strong>of</strong> the dwellings being lowered by 700mm;the tree located on the verge directly adjacent to the subject site to be retained;any proposed fencing within the front setback area to be visually permeable inaccordance with part 6.2.5 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong>’s Planning Policy 3.2: Streetscape.
