Bit0 Error/Exception Status Bit—An error or exception condition may haveoccurred during <strong>the</strong> execution of <strong>the</strong> command or printer device checkmay exist.1 End of Forms Switch—This bit is on when <strong>the</strong> switch transfers. Bit 0is not set and printing continues for ano<strong>the</strong>r 39 lines (approximately)before ready is dropped.2 Command Reject is set on under <strong>the</strong> following conditions:a. An input forms parameter command was issued and a 6 bit codederror status was set.b. A 1000,1101, or 1111 command was issued.c. A belt speed check occurred during a print command.d. Over temperature4 Form Overflow—The number of lines printed on <strong>the</strong> form equals orexceeds <strong>the</strong> number presented in output forms parameters instruction.This indication will only occur once per form. This bit will never set ifyou do not define forms length and overflow value after power on reset.5 Invalid Belt Image—A check sum error was detected on <strong>the</strong> belt image.6 Incorrect Record Length—Set when <strong>the</strong> word count on a print commandexceeds 66 words.7 Belt Speed Check—The belt did not come up to speed after having beenon for two seconds.8 Storage Data Check—A storage location accessed by an attachment during<strong>the</strong> current instruction contained bad parity.9 Program Check—The main storage address presented by <strong>the</strong> attachmentduring <strong>the</strong> current cycle steal operation exceeds <strong>the</strong> storage sizeinstalled in <strong>the</strong> system.10 Hardware Check Sum Error—An error has been found on <strong>the</strong> attachmentcard.11 Invalid Command—A command o<strong>the</strong>r than those listed under initiateI/O was issued to <strong>the</strong> printer attachment.12 2502 Attached.13 Device End—Device End will be on at <strong>the</strong> end of an interrupt-producingcommand.14 Printer Attached.15 Status Word 2 Indicator—Indicates printer device information ispresent in Status Word 2 and should be interrogated.<strong>IBM</strong> 5024 I/0 Attachment Enclosure 17-25
