Stacker UnloadPressing this key stops card feeding to allow the operator approximately 20 seconds tounload cards from the stacker. Pressing the start switch will override this timeout.End of FilePlacing this switch in the ON position conditions the system to end the job in processafter the last card has been read from the hopper.Read Check LightThe read check light indicates that read check bit 2 of status word 2 is on or that a card jamhas occurred. When the error condition is corrected, pressing the NPRO switch turns offthe light.Feed Check LightThe feed-check light indicates that either the hopper misfed or a preread station jamhas occurred.Attention LightThe attention light indicates that operator intervention is required to correct one ofthe following conditions:• Stacker full• Cover interlock open• Stacker jam• Hopper empty• Transport cover switch openThe attention light may be turned on by a power-on-reset.Validity Check LightThe validity check light indicates that the system detected an invalid card code.Error ChecksError conditions detected by the attachment will stop the transport and turn on theappropriate light.IBM 5024 I/O Attachment Enclosure 17-17
