The choice is determined by <strong>the</strong> device address field in <strong>the</strong> command: 000000for group 0 or 000100 for group 1. If bit 14 is on, a processinterrupt is forced for <strong>the</strong> selected group (group 0 or 1). The setting of bit 15 determinesif interruption requests are to be presented for an equal or an unequal comparisonbetween <strong>the</strong> selected digital input group register and <strong>the</strong> reference register. When bit 15is set on, an interruption request is presented to <strong>the</strong> system for an equal comparison.When bit 15 is set off, <strong>the</strong> interruption request occurs for an unequal comparison.The set-digital-input-interrupt-control command turns on <strong>the</strong> device-busy bit in <strong>the</strong>digital input ISW. The addressed digital input group remains busy to all subsequent commands(except ano<strong>the</strong>r set-digital-input-interrupt-control with bit 14 on or a read ISWcommand) until an interruption request has been presented by <strong>the</strong> group.This command applies to digital input groups 0 and 1 only if <strong>the</strong>y have <strong>the</strong> ProcessInterrupt feature installed. Selection of <strong>the</strong> desired digital inputgroup is made by <strong>the</strong> device address field contents in <strong>the</strong> command to <strong>the</strong> addressed multifunctionmodule.The value to be set into <strong>the</strong> digital input register is determined by <strong>the</strong> setting of bit 15 in<strong>the</strong> index register (R), or <strong>the</strong> accumulator if R=000. If bit 15=0, <strong>the</strong> 16-bit digital inputregister is set to all O's. If bit 15=1, <strong>the</strong> digital input register is set to all l's. A 3-microseconddelay must precede <strong>the</strong> issuance of a read/reset or read-digital-input-register commandto obtain <strong>the</strong> test data.
