REDD+ WEST KALIMANTAN TARGET 2011-2020• Achievement quota emmision from Forestry andenviromental sector as 32.233.297 Ton CO 2 e fromimplementation of planning, development actions and actionplan activities within budget sectoral in <strong>West</strong> <strong>Kalimantan</strong>, tosupport Indonesia depletion emmision vision 2020 as 26%from emission level from BAU (business as usual),• Achievement planning of equal payment/insentive REDD+with accountabel, capable, and free from political influencescheme at District/City and village level and diseminationswith all communication public reach tools.• Achievement of <strong>West</strong> <strong>Kalimantan</strong> sustainable biodiversitywithin economic development and communities enrichmentaspect.
REDD+ OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALENGE• <strong>West</strong> <strong>Kalimantan</strong> Governor; as part of central goverment,with all provincial institutions, support totaly of Indonesiacommitment year 2020 for depletion 26%, Degradation andDeforestration emmisions programs from BAU (business asusual),• Compliance carbon market scheme from emiter carboninternational and others industrial countries,• Entusiastic of grassroot to involve within others stakeholderto development communities strategies and comprehensionlimitated base MRV conception•
REDD+ NEEDED INWEST KALIMANTAN• Massive REDD+ Pilot programs which allcommunities element engaged who lived insurround forest land area and coastal area;• Socialitation and diseminations of simple carboncalculating technique and Communities MRV whocan implementated by grassroot communities withinothers stakeholder;• Sustainable funding investation within equal andpartnerships to support and rehabilitate landdegradation and deforestration.
