Thereis a significant risk that bottles might becontaminated by foreign substances. Bottlewashing is therefore an essential process inthe packaging line.The Bottle Monitor, type <strong>BTM</strong>, monitors thebottle washing process and measures bothtemperature and conductivity as a functionof time.The <strong>BTM</strong> travels among the other bottlesthrough the bottle washer and evaluates itsperformance. After the process is finished,an LED on the bottom of the monitorindicates whether the cleaning process metthe requirements programmed in the <strong>BTM</strong>.The measured data can be transferred toa PC via a docking station.
