Solutions for buildingsIndividualRoom Controlwith web accessThe UC... controllers are communicative room units designed forheating and cooling control. The solution is easily accesible andadjustable via UCWEB interface which enables the user to check theentire IRC solution together with heating/cooling energy sources onthe internet or intranet.UC100 is a communicativeroom controller for heating(on-wall radiator, electricheating panel) withone output (e.g. thermicradiator valve).UC200 a is communicativeroomcontroller for heating(on-wall radiator,electric heating panel) andcooling (cooling panel, inductivecooling) with two digital inputsand two PWM outputs.The controllers may work either stand-alone or connected via Modbusto a master Domat controller (MiniPLC or SoftPLC), managementstation (RcWare Vision or any other SCADA system), or web interfaceUCWEB.ModBusThe web interface UCWEB isan Ethernet communicator,equipped with one serial interfaceRS485 for connecting theUC100 and UC200 controllers viabus and Ethernet interface for theweb access to all data provided bythe controllers. The interface includesgeneric web pages with three administrationlevels (read only, settings, service and set-up)for setpoint change and programming of time schedules. User passwordsto all levels are fully customizable.No extra programs or external equipment is required for installationand addressing of the controllers. It is performed solelythrough the web interface. The controllers are connected one afteranother and addressed automatically over the UCWEB.The UCWEB interface is also equipped with two inputs DI1 and DI2for potential-free contacts, and two relays. The contacts have twooptional functions:Central switch-off: all controllers receive the Off command afteractivation of the contact (security system or central door switch).This functionality may be used while the premises are not occupiedfor a long time.Alarm: alarm symbol is shown on the display of all controllers andan alarm e-mail can be sent as a result of an alarm event.Fault: in case of any technological problem, fault symbol (a spanner)appears on the display and an e-mail is sent out to report the technologicalfailure.Boiler run: boiler symbol shown on the display indicates activity of the heat source.Change-over: if a heat pump with change over function is installed and radiators are usedboth for heating and cooling, this signal switches the controllers into the cooling mode. A coolingsymbol is displayed on the displays and the control sequences switches to cooling. The input readssignal either from the heat pump or from a strap-on thermostat installed at the water supply into the secondarycircuits.Relay 1 switches with heat demand from the controllers (with adjustable delay 0..60 min).Relay 2 works either as an alarm relay (temperature in the rooms drops under a certain level) or can be controlledremotely – used for remote control of any suitable device (lights, watering, DHW etc.).There are also fancoil controllers and universal actuating modules in the Domat product range.
