Welcome to the Disney College Program!We are very proud to welcome our newest residents to Carnegie Plaza, the first stop on theirincredible journey on the Disney College Program at the Disneyland ® Resort!ProgramGUIDEFor your convenience, we have provided a map of the area on page 4 with directions to localshops and points of interest should you choose to explore the Anaheim area during your visit.The check-in process will take approximately 90 minutes as your family member proceeds throughthe stations outlined below:• Check-In• Room Assignment, Renters Insurance and Housing Paperwork• Parking/Building Access Card• I-9• Commuter Assistance• Housing Welcome Session (The specific time for the Welcome Session will be assignedduring the check-in process )Over the next several days, your family member will participate in the following on-boardingactivities:• Completing their check-in process• Disney College Program Orientation: Here, your family member will meet the DisneyCollege Program team and get highlights of the resources available to them and the eventsand activities planned for them throughout their program. They will also meet with thescheduling team as well as our education team to choose the course(s) they want to take.• Disney Traditions: This is your family member’s first paid day of work. Here, they will meettheir on-boarding Specialist and will receive their training schedule and other information tobegin on-the-job training.2
