The valve remote control functions are carried out viacustomized mimics on the screen. The operation is conducted ona touch screen or by track ball/ keyboard. The solutionminimizes the need for cabling between the different units.Solenoid Valve CabinetThe cabinet contains solenoid operated directional valves fordistribution of high-pressure oil to the actuators.Valve position can be measured indirectly and transferred to theScana Skarpenord computerized valve control via one single cableunit.Hydraulic Actuator(Single - and double acting)The actuator operates ball- and butterflyvalves.The design simplifies maintenance andinstallation, which gives the customer acost effective product.Hydraulic Power UnitThe hydraulic power unit with oil reservoir, hydraulic pumpsand accumulator unit feeds the system with high-pressure oil.All components are selected to ensure high reliability and lownoise.
