COMMUNITY HELPLINE AT THV Helpline to Schools Essential study materials were donated to 30 primary schools under Therubali, Kartikaguda, Dumuriguda, Bhatpur,Khedapda and Suri Gram Panchayat. Drinking water provision Tube-wells with complete platforms were installed at Village Buduni and Jhinjilbadi under Penta Gram Panchayat. Encouraging the Sports activity Football, Studs and cricket jersey were distributed to youth of near by villages. Sanitation Program Under the sanitation program, public bathrooms were constructed at Keliguda, Relibadigan, Pollipinda, Dengasaragi, Buduni, Sipiput, Munising, Anuguda, Therubali Asram School, Balikhamar, Hameiguda, Jhinjilibadi Paikapada Ashram School. Cultural Encouragement Sankirtan dresses were distributed to Sankirtan Mandali of Gaudaguda,Rebatiguda and Banapur. Helpline to Orphanage Food materials worth of Rs.10000/- was donated to Adruta Children Home, Rayagada. Community Services Community Hall constructed at village Paikapada was inaugurated by Mr S K Tripathy. Sr. Manager(PR). Ceiling fans and study materials were also donated to Paikapada Ashram school. Mr P C Himirika, Sarapanch Kartikaguda and eminent village leaders Mr B Mishra, Mr Prafulla Mishra, Mr Kanjaka Enkaya & Mr J Mahapatra were present on the occasion. Plantation 300 Lemon saplings were planted by the students of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, IMFAL Campus High School, IMFAL Primary School and trainees of TITC at Sri Laxmi Narayan Temple. Study Tour IMFA Community Development Dept. organized a study tour of the tribal students of local schools from 23.12.2009 to 26.12.2009. 50 students went on tour to Puri, Konark and Bhubaneswar. AT CDR Health Camp Tribal Students from THV at Konark temple. A health camp was organized on 20.10.2009 for diabetic patients at Choudwar. Dr Arun Kumar Choudhury, Endocrinologists of SCB Medical College & Hospital treated the patients. Around 200 persons tested their fasting blood sugar level and 125 were found to be diabetics. They availed the facility of free consultation from Dr A K Choudhury. Mr Sanjeev Dash, Asst Manager (PR) coordinated the program. Helpline to Schools Pre-fabricated desks and benches were donated to Muncipal High School, Choudwar. Mr R N Panigrahi, Sr Manager (Admn) & Mr Sanjeev Dash, Asst Manager (PR) handed over the furniture to the Headmistress of the School at the Annual prize giving ceremony of the school on 24.12.2009. AT NUASAHI Rural Health Camp A Rural Health Camp was organized at village Dalki on 16.09.2009. Mr. Madan Nandi, Sarpanch, Hadgarh G.P, Mr. Chaturbhuja Baral, Forester, Hadgarh. Dr. Ramesh Jena, Hadgarh PHC, Mr. Trailokya Behera, Malaria Supervisor, Anganwadi Worker, Asha Worker and villagers were present during inauguration ceremony. 315 patients availed free treatment and medicine. Dr. L. P. Mohanty & team extended their services to the patients. A good deed is never lost. He who sows courtesy, reaps friendship; he who plants kindness, gathers love; pleasure bestowed on a grateful mind was never sterile, but generally gratitude begets reward.

January – March 2010 13 Construction Works alankar Renovation & construction of Community Hall at Kanpur village under Soso Grampanchayat has been completed. Village Mandaps have been constructed at Purunapani, Madhuban, Sankatapalia and Raighati villages. A Public Bath Room near Dug-well at Khadanhat Chakka under Bangore G/P has been completed. The boundary wall at Dhanurjaypur UGME School under Dhanurjaypur G/P has been completed. Encouragement in Sports Footballs, Volleyballs, Volley nets and Cricket kits were donated to 17 Clubs & KCVM High School at Agarapara to encourage sports activities. Winter Care Blankets were distributed to the old age persons within the buffer zone of NCM. AT SUKINDA Sanitation Under Sanitation program, 364 dug wells at Kaliapani, Chingudipal, Kansa and Ransol Grampachayats were cleansed with Bleaching powder and Lime. Plantation Sanitation program in progress 558 fruit bearing and medicinal plants were donated to Saurika High School, Kadabandi, UGME School, Anchalika High School, Garamia and Mahamayee UP School on 07.09.09. Plantation programs were also carried out at Chandimata U.P. School, Deulakana High School, Tomka & Ashokjhar High School on 15 th , 18 th & 20 th November 2009 respectively.
