(If you do not check in before moving in, you will be subject to an impropercheck-in fee that is $50.) At check-in, you will receive your room keys and mailbox keys. Youhave the opportunity to inspect your residence before moving in. The residence life staff iseager to assist you. Additional move-in arrangements can bemade by contacting the Student Development Office.1 pm – 5 pm Raging Rivers Water ParkRaging Rivers Water Park, Mandan, NDBuses will begin loading at 12:45 pm outside <strong>of</strong> the McDowell Activity Center.Meet new friends, enjoy the sun and kick back for your first afternoon as a college student!You don’t need a bathing suit to have fun. There will be a designated area just for U-<strong>Mary</strong>students to relax and get to know each other. So bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and flipflopsand get ready to have some fun! Admission is free, with concessions and mini-golfare available at your own expense. No outside food or beverages are allowed. In case <strong>of</strong>inclement weather or flooding issues, activities will be held in the Leach Field House.5:30 pm – 7 pm Sunday Evening Dinner<strong>University</strong> Dining HallAfter a day <strong>of</strong> fun in the sun, fuel up for the night with dinner.9 pm – 12 midnight New Student Black Light DanceChick’s PlaceJoin your new friends for the new student dance in Chick’s Place. There will be black lightsand glow-in-the-dark items to wear, so come prepared to have a rockin’ good time. Don’tdance? Come anyway! We’ll have tables for you to hang out, listen to the music, and meetother new students.
