Yamaguchi is the brother of
Esquiva Falcão and son of Touro
Moreno, he was very close to
conquering a place for the Beijing
Olympic Games in 2008, but
wasn’t successful. If he had failed
to obtain a place for the London
2012 Games he planned to give up
boxing to dedicate himself entirely
to MMA fighting. He reached the
finals of the Guadalajara Pan
American Games, in 2011, and lost
the final round to the Cuban
boxer Julio Cesar de la Cruz.
