Esquiva Florentino secured a place
for London 2012 with the bronze
medal won at the Baku World
Boxing Championship in
Azerbaijan last October. He comes
from a family with great boxing
tradition. His father, the legendary
fighter “Touro Moreno” used to
train at home and this encouraged
him to join the sport. His older
brother, Yamaguchi Falcão won
the silver medal at the Guadalajara
Pan American Games in 2011.
