Chuca got this nickname because
of the hair fasteners she wears. At
5, encouraged by her father a
former football player, she already
played volleyball, handball, artistic
gymnastics and basketball. At 13,
she joined the basic basketball
school at the “Centro Esportivo
Mauaense”. In 2003, Chuca was
called for the adult national team
for the first time. She participated
of four games at the Beijing
Olympic Games 2008 and scored
17 points.
BasKetBall
