In London Adrianinha will be
participating in the fourth edition
of the Olympic Games. She made
her debut with the adult national
team, in 1996, at the age of 18. In
Sydney 2000 she had a small
participation having scored only
two points, but in Athens 2004,
when Brazil reached the fourth
position, she had an outstanding
performance, repeating the feat in
Beijing 2008 where Brazil finished
in the eleventh position. In 2009,
at the America Cup, she was
elected the best player.
