Franck Caldeira qualified for the
Olympic Games with the 6th place
at the Milan Marathon, last April.
He started to run to accompany
his brother Paulo Cesar, also a
marathon runner. At 17, he left his
hometown, in Minas Gerais, to
train in Petropolis (RJ). One of his
most cherished sport memories,
up to now, was receiving the gold
medal during the closing
Ceremony of the Pan American
Games Rio 2007, in the Maracanã.
