Thomaz Belluci is, after Gustavo
Kuerten, the Brazilian tennis player
who obtained the best placing at the
world ranking.- he reached the 21st position in 2010, the year he also
reached the quarter finals at the
Roland Garros (he was eliminated by
the champion Rafel Nadal), and the
third phase at the Wimbledon
Tournament. He became a
professional player in 2006,
competed in the Beijing Olympic
Games where he was eliminated on
the first phase by the Slovene
Dominik Hrbaty by 2x1.
