An Army Major, Ana joined the
Armed Forces in 1995 and started
to practice sport shooting in 1999.
In Guadalajara, she won the first
gold medal of the Brazilian
women sport shooting in the
history of the Pan American
Games. She has participated in
seven editions of the World
Military Games. The first place at
the Americas Championship of
2010 guaranteed the first
individual qualification for London
2012. She is a Biology teacher.
