Together with Isabel Swan,
Fernanda won the first Brazilian
women’s sailing medal when they
won the bronze in Beijing. Before
that, Fernanda competed at the
Athens 2004 and Sydney 2000
Olympic Games. She began sailing
at a summer camp at the
Jangadeiros club in Porto Alegre.
She is a Business Administration
graduate. She also practices
surfing and tennis. She qualified
for London with the 11th place at
the Princess Sophie Trophy.
