Following a tradition which
started in 1996 the Brazilian
Olympic Committee offers
journalists a Media Guide of the
Team Brazil that will compete in
the London 2012 Olympic
Games. This edition contains the
most important information
about the Team Brazil, together
with a review of Brazil’s
participation in Olympic Games.
With a view to contribute with
the actions that protect the
environment and making use of
the facilities available through
modern technology, the
Brazilian Olympic Committee
produced a totally digital
Media Guide. Therefore the
users shall be able to access it
through the site of the Team
Brazil (www.timebrasil.org.br),
save the information on their
computers or, whenever
necessary, print the profiles of
their choice.
We are certain that this guide
will serve as an important tool to
assist journalists to cover a
sports’ event with such an
enormous world repercussion as
the London 2012 Olympic Games.
