A specialist in uneven bars, Bruna is
considered by the coaches as one of
the most complete athletes of the
Brazilian gymnastics’ new
generation, with a potential to
develop much more. In 2009 she
was the only athlete of the Country
to participate in the Gymnastics
World Championship reaching the
14th place of the individual allaround.
At the Guadalajara Pan
American Games she also ranked in
14th place for the individual allaround
but did not compete due to
an edema on her left ankle.
