Andréia has been a regular name
in the Brazilian national team for
more than one decade. This will
be her fourth participation in
Olympic Games. She always liked
to practice sports and played
volleyball as an outside hitter. She
started to practice football in
Cianorte and has defended the
Palmeiras, São Paulo and Santos
clubs in Brazil besides the Prainsa
of Zaragoza, Spain. At the Rio
2007 Pan American Games she
ended the competition without
taking one goal against her team.
