Aline played for Juventus,
UniSant’Anna and Santos - where
she was the team’s captain - for
three years before moving to the
Russian football. She was also the
Brazilian national team’s captain
for the last two World Cups in
2011 and 2007. She joined her first
club – São Paulo – at the age of 14.
She worked as a handball and
gymnastics coach. Bernardinho the
volleyball coach is her idol, for his
leadership capacity.
