OperationAdjustmentAcoustic setting modeThe SEG IV-C is equippedwith an "acoustic and opticalsetting mode" (LED in front ofthe LCD display) which worksas follows:The more the actual positionof the headlight deviates fromthe reference position, theslower the acoustic signal andthe LED flashing will become.As the actual positionapproaches the referenceposition, the acoustic signaland the flashing frequencyincrease.1 Select the vertical acousticsetting mode by pressing theF1 key.2 Adjust the headlightvertically until a continuousacoustic signal can be heard.3 Select the horizontalacoustic setting mode bypressing the F1 key.4 Adjust the headlighthorizontally until a continuousacoustic signal can be heard."OK" will then appear in theleft-hand window.5 Press the F1 key again toswitch off the setting mode.l: 2.1 luxH: 10.3 luxMSW SEND ESCl: 2.1 luxH: 10.3 luxWhen the actual positionreaches the referenceposition, a continuousacoustic signal is heard andthe LED remains lit.If necessary, the acousticsetting mode can be switchedoff.Display descriptionF1The vertical acoustic settingmode is activated by pressingthe F1 key.F1OKMSW SEND ESC2.1 luxH: 10.3 luxMSW SEND ESCThe horizontal acoustic settingmode is activated by pressingthe F1 key.F1The acoustic setting mode isswitched off by pressing theF1 key.22
