Er mwyn sicrhaulle i’ch plentyn, mae angen llenwi ffurflen a gellwchei chael o’ch Cylch Meithrin neu Swyddfa’r Ysgol.Ar y ffurflen mae angen nodi’r tymor yr hoffechi’ch plentyn i ddechrau’n rhan amser. The maximum number ofpupils to be admitted is determined by the admissionnumber set annually in consultationwith the Governing Body.The criteria for considering admissions ofpupils to school:* written expressed preference by parents.* the number of pupils that can be admittedby the school.* the geographical area which the schoolnormally serves.* sibling links.* specific medical and social reasons appertainingto theprospective pupil.The school has adopted the Local EducationAuthority’s admissions policy. PembrokeshireCounty Council is the admissionsauthority and the Admissions and PlanningPlaces Unit deals with all admission requestsfor pupils living outside the catchmentarea. Initially parents who desire a place fortheir child should contact the school directly.Children are eligible to start part time in theNursery Class at Ysgol Cilgerran one term priorto starting full time, which is a term followingtheir fourth birthday. To secure a placefor your child, you must fill in a form availablefrom your Cylch Meithrin or School office.When filling in the form, you must indicate theterm you would like you child to start full time.We must emphasise the importance of filingthe form in sufficient time.45
