Mrs Eluned Jones yw’r person penodedig argyfer Plant sy’n Derbyn Gofal, a hi sy’ngyfrifol am holl fuddiannau’r plant. Sicrheir cyfrinachedd bob amser.Mrs Eluned Jones is the designated person forLooked After Children, and is responsible forthe welfare of these pupils in school. She willliaise between the school and other agencies,and will ensure that the pupil’s views are soughtand discussed.
