Cynhwysiant / InclusionFel ysgol yr ydym yn ceisio sicrhau fod pobplentyn sy’n cael ei gynhwyso yn cael darpariaethaddysgol briodol o safon uchel ac yncael mynediad i gwricwlwm eang, cytbwys apherthnasol. Yr ydym yn ceisio adnaboddisgyblion sy’n cael anawsterau’n gynnar gandargedi cymorth yn y babanod. Pan gredaathro fod anghenion gan blentyn mae’n nodi eiddiffygion addysgol ac yn trafod gyda’r ArweinyddCynhwysiad sef y Pennaeth. Cyn rhoiplentyn ar gam priodol y gofrestr addysg arbennigbyddwn bob amser yn gofyn caniatady rhieni, a lle bo’n briodol, gofyn barn y plentyn.Ymdrechwn i gadw mewn cysylltiad â’r rhienigan eu gwahodd i’r ysgol yn dymhorol a hefyd igyfrannu sylwadau ar Gynllun Addysg Unigol euplentyn. Mae pob athro yn yr ysgol ynymwybodol o bwysigrwydd gwahaniaethu ermwyn darparu addysg gyflawn a pherthnasoli’r disgyblion. Yn dibynnu ar y dasg, mae gwahaniaethuyn digwydd o ran lefel y gwaith,marcio a chanmoliaeth, disgwyliadau a threfniadaethdosbarth, h.y. gweithio mewn pâr, grŵpneu’n unigol.Mrs Eluned Jones yw’r person penodedig argyfer amddiffyn plant. Mae’r ysgol ynymrwymo i ofalu am ddiogelwch ac amddiffyniadpob plentyn, ac fe gymer gamau i sicrhau eulles gan gydnabod bod gan blant hawl i gael euhamddiffyn. Darparwn amgylchedd ble y maeplant a phobl ifanc yn teimlo’n ddiogel, yn sicreu bod yn cael eu gwerthfawrogi a’u parchu acyn teimlo’n hyderus, ac yn gwybod sut i fynd atoedolion os ydynt mewn anawsterau, gan greduy cant wrandawiad effeithiol. Sicrheir gwiriadCRB a dau eirda cyn caniatau unrhyw unigolyn iweithio gyda’n plant.Llywodraethwr penodedig ar gyfer amddiffynAs a school we aim to ensure that every pupil withadditional needs recieves a high standard of educationalprovision and has access to a curriculumthat has breadth, balance and relevance.We try to identify children who are having difficultiesas early as possible and target support inthe infant phase. When a teacher believes that apupil requires additional support he/she will makea note of any difficulties and dicuss the matterwith the Inclusion Leader i.e the Headteacher.Parental permission will always be sought beforeplacing a child on the special educational needsregister and, where appropriate, the child’s viewwill also be taken into account.We aim to keep parents well informed and invitethem to school every term to discuss progressand to comment on their child’s Individual EducationPlan. Every teacher is aware of theimportanceof differentiation in order to provide afull and relevant education to his or her pupils.Depending on the nature of the task, differentiationwill focus on the level of the work, markingand praise, expectations and class management,i.e. working in pairs, groups or individually.Mrs Eluned Jones is the designated person forchild protection. The school is committed to ensuringthe safety and protection of all childrenand will take action to safeguard their well beingand acknowledge that children have a right toprotection. The school aims to provide an environmentin which children and young people feelsafe, secure, valued and respected and feel confident,and know how to approach adults if they arein difficulties believing they will be effectivelylistened to.
