Certificate of Accreditation issued by the QCI to the environmental consultantshall be included.It was decided that TORs prescribed by the Expert Appraisal Committee(Industry) should be considered for preparation of EIA/EMP report for the abovementioned project in addition to all the relevant information as per the Generic Structureof EIA given in Appendix III and IIIA in the EIA Notification, 2006. The Committee notedthat no public hearing / consultation is required due to project being located in notifiedGIDC as per stage Section 7 (i), III Stage (3), Para (i)(b) of EIA Notification 2006 subjectto submission of documents in support of industrial area. The final EIA/EMP reportshould be submitted to the Ministry for obtaining environmental clearance.2.7.12. All Synthetic OrganicChemicals Industry located outside the notified industrial area/estate are listed at S.N.5(f) under category ‘A’ and appraised by the Expert Appraisal Committee in the MoEF.M/s Shiva Pharmachem Ltd. has proposed for setting up of ChemicalManufacturing Plant at Block No. 450 to 460 & 502, Village Karkhadi, Tehsil Padra, DisttVadodara, Gujarat.
