Details of water and air pollution and its mitigation plan26. Action plan to control ambient air quality as per NAAQES Standards notified bythe Ministry on 16 th September, 2009.27. An action plan to control and monitor secondary fugitive emissions from all thesources.28. Determination of atmospheric inversion level at the project site and assessmentof ground level concentration of pollutants from the stack emission based on sitespecificmeteorological features. Air quality modelling for proposed plant.29. Permission from concerned Authority for the drawl of 182m 3 /daywater from RiverPatalganga. Water balance chart including quantity of effluent generatedrecycled and reused and discharged.30. Action plan for ‘Zero’ discharge of effluent should be included.31. Ground water quality monitoring minimum at 6 locations should be carried out.Geological features and Geo-hydrological status of the study area and ecologicalstatus (Terrestrial and Aquatic).32. The details of solid and hazardous wastes generation, storage, utilization anddisposal particularly related to the hazardous waste calorific value of hazardouswaste and detailed characteristic of the hazardous waste.33. Action plan for the management of fly ash generated from boiler should beincluded. Tie-up or agreement with brick manufacturer to be provided.34. Precautions to be taken during storage and transportation of hazardouschemicals should be clearly mentioned and incorporated.
