iii. Authenticated English translation of all material provided in Regionallanguages.iv. The letter/application for EC shall quote the MOEF file No. and also attach acopy of the letter.v. The copy of the letter received from the Ministry shall be also attached as anannexure to the final EIA-EMP Report.vi. The final EIA-EMP report submitted to the Ministry must incorporate the issuesin this letter. The index of the final EIA-EMP report must indicate the specificchapter and page no. of the EIA-EMP Report.vii. Certificate of Accreditation issued by the QCI to the environmental consultantshall be included.The Committee decided that the proponent should prepare EIA/EMP Reportbased on the above TORs and submit the same to the State Pollution Control Board forconducting public hearing/consultation. The EIA/EMP Report should be as per thegeneric structure given in Appendix-III of EIA Notification, 2006. The concerns emergedduring the Public Hearing/ Consultation should be incorporated in the EIA/EMP Reportand the final EIA/EMP submitted to the Ministry for obtaining environmental clearance.2.5.29. Ltd.) gave a detailedpresentation on the salient features of the project and proposed environmentalprotection measures to be undertaken alongwith the draft Term of References for thepreparation of EIA/EMP.All Synthetic Organic Chemicals Industry (Bulk Drugs &Intermediates) located outside the notified industrial area/estate are listed at S.N. 5(f)under category ‘A’ and appraised at Central level.M/s Rajaram Maize Products has proposed for expansion of Maize basedProducts (from 120 TPD to 300 MTPD) Manufacturing Unit and addition of New SorbitalManufacturing Facilities (20 TPD) at Khasra No 761/1-4, 760/1, 745/2, 745/3, VillageMohad, Tahsil &District Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.Total plot area is 16.02 acres.Existing plant is located in 4.49 acres of land. The proposed sorbital plant will be locatedin 1.30 acres of land within existing plant area. No forest land is involved. No courtcase/litigation is pending against the project. Shivanath River and Ranisagar lake is at1.0 KM and 7.0 Km respectively from the project site.Dust collector and stack are provided with existing Coal fired boiler (3.0 TPH),husk fired boiler (6 TPH) + 10TPH+15 TPH). Rice husk fired (3.9 TPH) boiler will beinstalled. Water requirement will be increased from 380 m3/day to 690 m 3 /day which willbe met from Shivnath River and ground water source. Industrial effluent generation willbe increased from235 m3/day to 395 m 3 /day. Industrial effluent will be treated in ETPconsisting primary (UASB) and secondary treatment (ASP). Treated effluent will be usedfor gardening.Used Lubrication oil (75 LPA) and Nickel catalyst (1.5 Kg/day) will be soldto authorized recyclers. Fly ash will be sent to brick manufacturers.Power requirement will be increased from 1225 KVA to 3000 KVA, which will bemet fromChhattisgarh electricity board and CPP. DG sets (1 x 625 KVA + 1 x 125 KVA)will be installed.
