25. Details of all environment and safety related documentation within the companyin the form of guidelines, manuals, monitoring programmes includingOccupational Health Surveillance Programme etc.26. Restoration plans and measures to be taken for decommissioning of the rig andrestoration of on-shore support facilities on land.27. Documentary proof for membership of common disposal facilities, if required.28. Any litigation pending against the project or any directions/order passed by anyCourt of Law against the project. If so, details thereof.29. Total capital and recurring cost for environmental pollution control measures.30. A tabular chart with index for point-wise compliance of above TOR.The following general points should be noted:(i) All documents should be properly indexed, page numbered.(ii) Period/date of data collection should be clearly indicated.(iii) Authenticated English translation of all material provided in Regionallanguages.(iv) The letter/application for EC should quote the MOEF file No. and also attach acopy of the letter.(v) A copy of the letter received from the Ministry should be also attached as an(vi)annexure to the final EIA-EMP Report.The final EIA-EMP report submitted to the Ministry must incorporate the issuesin this letter. The index of the final EIA-EMP report must indicate the specificchapter and page no. of the EIA-EMP Report where the above issues havebeen incorporated.(vii) While preparing the EIA report, the instructions for the proponents andinstructions for the consultants issued by MoEF vide O.M. No. J-11013/41/2006-IA.II (I) dated 4th August, 2009, which are available on thewebsite of this Ministry should also be followed.(viii) The consultants involved in the preparation of EIA/EMP report afteraccreditation with Quality Council of India (QCl)/National Accreditation Board ofEducation and Training (NABET) would need to include a certificate in thisregard in the EIA/EMP reports prepared by them and data provided by otherorganization/Laboratories including their status of approvals etc. In this regardcircular no F. No.J -l1013/77/2004 -IA ll (l) dated 2 nd December, 2009 posted onthe Ministry’s website http://www.moef.nic.in may be referred.
