DF100 Autopsy Cart with Grid Plates1234567891011DF100 Autopsy Cart TopThe DF100 autopsy cart can be used in conjunction with anyof Mopec’s wall mounted autopsy sinks, the top is designedwith a built in slope. The cart top is removable and easilytransported with either a motorized or manual fork type lift.Specially designed grid plates, designed for flush fit with cartedge, lock into place allowing the body to be level with theleading edge of the top. This style grid plate eliminates thestrenuous task of lifting a body over an edge of the tray. Fourindependent grid plates are perforated and removable.All Mopec carts feature Total Lock caster system with non corrosive,8" heavy-duty wheels. Caster wheel center is fabricatedusing state-of-the-art powder coated plastic with polyurethanetreads for years of lasting service. Locking and braking areaccomplished through effortless pedal motion. During autopsy,swivel and brakes on all casters are locked simultaneouslyfrom one position. During transport, one caster swivel is lockedfor easy mobility.DF100 Standard FeaturesFrame: Material on the cart frame is 1-1/2" heavy gauge wallstainless steel tubing. All welding is continuous with an approximate1/8" radius bead.DF100 Autopsy CartWelding: All welding is TIG type utilizing only stainless steel as afiller media. All welds are clean and free of burrs and discoloration.Grid Plates: Grid plates designed for flush fit with cart edge. Fourindependent grid plates are perforated and removable.Wheels/Casters: Heavy-duty 8" diameter non-corrosive powdercoated wheel. During transport, one caster is swivel locked foreasy mobility. When inactive, the caster can be locked in place.Cart Top: Top fabricated of 14 gauge stainless steel with #4 satinfinish. The top measures 32" W x 81" L x 1-3/4" profile with a 2"ledge around the full perimeter. The top is recessed 2" deep andprovided with heavy drain creases toward the dimpled drain hole.The drain plug is provided with a stainless steel chain permanentlyaffixed to the top flange.
