• Class participation was improved through regularmonitoring of attendance, constant communicationwith parents, and referrals to the Guidance Counselor.

• Classroom Performance in key subjects was improved andlearning was guaranteed through the following academicactivities::• Monitored Daily attendance• Conducted classroom experiments and interactive classroomactivity.• Used KTV to aid learning.• Provided activities such as cooperative learning.• Analyzed results of Physical Fitness Test and encouraged feedingamong under nourish to improve class performance.• Gave recognition to pupils with positive attitude and visibleimprovement in Science, Math and English• Participated in Division Science Quiz Bee, Poster Making, andCollage Making and Sci-dama/and Math / Read-A-Thon• Bagged awards from the contest contested in Science and Math• Organized Science, Math and Englisk Clubs and Activities.

• Provided seats to all pupils.• Repainted classroom to make it more conducive and inspiring toyoung learners.• Encouraged pupils to use school facilities like, computer room,library, clinic, comfort room, canteen and classroom properly.• Greatest achievement was the construction of 25meter perimeterfence closing the exit doors of three house holds going to theschool campus. Thus insuring the security of the children andthe school and adding income to the school canteen, since theyare all very interprizing, they have their mini tanggie of all sortseven hazardous toys and junk food.• Improved land scaping• Utilized SBRMS fund of 100,000.00 the general repair ofelectrical connections and water facilities.

Motivated the pupils to solve simple equation andsimultaneous equations every after flag ceremony(Mathematics officers are assigned to do the task daily withthe supervision of the Math coordinatorUsed drill board , flash cards, geo board to improve thecomprehension and computational skills of the pupils

• All coaches are encourage to train their contestants inMTAP/ Science Quiz. Read A Thon and otherCompetition.• DEAR Drop Everything and Read, done every 1:00 to1:30• Advocate No Read No Move Policy• Words on the Wall – Teacher have a ready made 5words a day for the pupils to look for the meaning anduse them in a sentence.• Recite poems, rhymes, jingles with correct intonnationbefore any formal lesson.
