• Class participation was improved through regularmonitoring of attendance, constant communicationwith parents, and referrals to the Guidance Counselor.

Read A Thon and otherCompetition.• DEAR Drop Everything and Read, done every 1:00 to1:30• Advocate No Read No Move Policy• Words on the Wall – Teacher have a ready made 5words a day for the pupils to look for the meaning anduse them in a sentence.• Recite poems, rhymes, jingles with correct intonnationbefore any formal lesson.


• Inculcate honesty all the time.
