8th Annual Meeting • June 1 - 5, 2005 • St. Louis<br />

GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION<br />

EXHIBITS<br />

Exhibits will be located in Hall 1 (Level One) <strong>of</strong><br />

America’s Center. Please allow adequate time in your<br />

daily schedule to visit the exhibits. Please take the time to<br />

speak with representatives <strong>of</strong> companies that provide<br />

services or market products directly related to your<br />

pr<strong>of</strong>essional needs. Per ASGT policy, promotional<br />

materials will not be permitted in the meeting halls or<br />

registration area or in any location <strong>of</strong> America’s Center<br />

outside the rented exhibit space.<br />

A Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall on<br />

Thursday, June 2, and Networking Receptions in the<br />

Exhibit Hall on Friday, June 3, and Saturday, June 4.<br />

Receptions will begin at 4:00 pm daily.<br />

LEAD RETRIEVAL<br />

A lead retrieval system has been made available to all<br />

exhibitors <strong>of</strong> the ASGT 8 th Annual Meeting. Exhibitors<br />

may ask to scan attendee name badges with a hand held<br />

scanner in order to obtain attendee contact information.<br />

PRESS ROOM<br />

The Press Room is located in America’s Center, Level<br />

Two, Room 280.<br />

Members <strong>of</strong> the working media may register for the 8th Annual Meeting in the Press Room. Press conferences on<br />

previously selected newsworthy abstracts, along with<br />

other scientific sessions, will be conducted throughout<br />

the meeting. Interview space, computers, telephones, and<br />

fax services are available for the convenience <strong>of</strong> media<br />

representatives covering the meeting. Press must register,<br />

provide credentials, and wear their press badge for<br />

admittance to ASGT sessions.<br />

RESTAURANT INFORMATION DESK<br />

St. Louis <strong>of</strong>fers a variety <strong>of</strong> restaurants from casual to<br />

elegant, with prices and cuisine to meet all tastes and<br />

budgets. The Information Desk is staffed by the St. Louis<br />

Convention & Visitors Commission, to help you make<br />

the right dining choice. Staff will have sample menus<br />

from area restaurants and will be able to assist you in<br />

making your reservations. The Restaurant Information<br />

Desk is located on Level One <strong>of</strong> America’s Center near<br />

Registration, outside <strong>of</strong> Hall 1 (Washington Avenue<br />

Lobby).
