But now there is a simple, yet elegant,solution to ease the development of your project, which inevitably leads to a superiorfinished product.The Crownhill Development Board is designed to allow prototyping to become an all inone process. There is no need to remove the PIC from the board for the programmingprocess, because there are two way of programming the PIC on the board, by using oneof the many bootloader packages available (many free), or by using the serial programmingheader, for use with conventional programming methods. And with the on-boardperipherals such as the RS232 I/O, LCD, serial eeprom, and 16-button keypad, you canrepeatedly try out your project’s code with an ease that will astound you.
