About Fabric Dye Lot Variation<br />
Fabrics received by <strong>Old</strong> <strong>Hippy</strong> at different times have dye lot variations;<br />
it is not possible to guarantee that fabric dye lots will match. To avoid<br />
disappointment from color variation or from discontinued fabrics, it is<br />
recommended that you purchase your entire order together.<br />

Wood Species Used<br />
- Eastern White Pine, New England Colour Sorted Red Oak, Eastern Select White Birch<br />
& FAS American Red Cherry<br />
Construction<br />
- Handmade piece by piece using glue and screws - not staples<br />
- All solid wood panels used in over 90% of furniture construction<br />
- Drawers are dovetailed and made of solid wood with grooved bottoms and rollers<br />
- Veneers used only on cabinet backs, drawer bottoms and table skirt bendings<br />
Staining<br />
- Final hand sanding with hand brushed stain<br />
- High quality stains used such as: Minwax, Watco and Benjamin Moore<br />
Finishing<br />
- Sprayed lacquer finish - hand scuffing between coats<br />
- ML Campbell lacquers, post catalyst Durovar Plus flattened to 15% sheen<br />
- ML Campbell resistant enamel colour lacquers<br />
Tables<br />
- Round or octagonal tables 48" and over in diameter require 8 1/2" pedestals<br />
- Round tables 72" or more in length including leaves require a split or double pedestals<br />
- Tables less than 60" long when closed will not accommodate double trestle pedestals<br />
- Double pedestal tables 60" long with 4 X 12" leaves are available square round only<br />

- No refunds on any custom orders or stain matches<br />
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to standard catalogue items, if returned for any<br />
reason<br />
Ordering Information<br />
- Regular orders require approximately 8 to 12 weeks to process<br />
- Custom orders require approximately 12 to 16 weeks to process<br />
- Furniture can be packed in custom made boxes for out of town shipping or store pickups<br />
(extra charges apply)<br />
- General freight shipments F.O.B. Edmonton, Alberta, Canada<br />
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping, no COD orders are shipped<br />
General freight shipping claims should be made directly with the carrier, we are<br />
not responsible for damaged or lost product during shipping using carriers other<br />
than our own<br />
Warranty<br />
- Furniture is covered by warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship in<br />
normal use for the period of one year from the original purchase date Note: Transportation<br />
to and from the warranty depot is the customers responsibility<br />
