HLL Humberts Leisureacted for Odyssey and the sale comes onthe back of an announcement that NextGeneration has also acquired the AmidaClubs (Beckenham and Hampton) both ofwhich were valued by HLL.The sale of Glory Mill leaves the OdysseyGroup with its Knebworth operation, awww.humberts-leisure.comsubstantial family club set in circa 4.6 hectares (11.5 acres), andpaves the way for the company to invest in other clubs, grow thebrand and capitalise on the success achieved to date by management.In this context, HLL can report that a number of exciting health andfitness opportunities are currently under evaluation.The sale of Odyssey Glory Mill is further evidence of HLL’s leadingadvisory presence in the health and fitness sector.
