She was a three-time all-region selection and a two-timeacademic all-American. She won the conference title in 1990 and1992 and her second-place finish in 1993 helped the Sycamoreswin the MVC Championship. She also won the2003 Missouri Valley Conference Individual Championship andearned 2001 and 2003 All-Region honors. She holds several <strong>Indiana</strong><strong>State</strong> records including 14:17 in 4K, 17:09 in 5K, and 20:52in 6K. She is a member of the MVC All-Centennial <strong>Cross</strong> <strong>Country</strong>and Track & Field Team and received the MVC Dr. Charlotte WestScholar-Athlete Award in 2005. She was a four-time All-MissouriValley Conference selection in cross country, a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field selection, anda member of the MVC Scholar-Athlete team. Crowder was alsonamed an Academic All-American by the Women’s Intercollegiate<strong>Cross</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Coaches Association (WICCCA) three straight years(2001-2003) and was named to the National Collegiate TrackCoaches Association All-Academic team in 2005. She finished hercollegiate career with a 3.967 grade point average. She was alsodominant in the distance events during both the indoor and outdoortrack & field seasons.
